  • 4 Mechanized Brigade (4 Mech Bde) taking part in the Mission Specific Training on Salisbury Plain Training Area before deploying for the first time to Afghanistan where they will replacing 11 Light Brigade as the lead formation of British troops in Helmand province. -  Sgt Kevin Weston  from Sheffield who serves with the 150 Provost company Royal Military Police (RMP) will work the Police liaison Officers Police mentoring Team working along side the Afghan National Police in Helmand. 150 Provost Company are the only RMP unit  in the North of England and are Based at Catterick Garrison. Kevin is a bit of a black sheep having joined the Army from an RAF family.

The addition of  stage makup provideds realistic casualties to help make the training as authentic,  as possible. . Helmand Province will be Natalies first Foreign  Posting since she joined the Army. (9 February 2010)
