Cliffords Tower, Baile Hill Point of Interest marker on York medieval walls

Clifords Tower and Baile Hill Point of Interest Marker can be found while walking the medieval walls that still surround the City of York. Cliffords Tower is York’s iconic ancient monument once the site of a timber keep built by William the Conqueror. It burnt down during the massacre of the Jews in 1190.
