Live rounds from the Royal Artillery AS90 155mm Self Propelled guns and L118 Light Guns landing down range during exercise Steel Sabre. A large Scale military live fire exercise on Otterburn Training Area it involves 1400 troops the majority from the Royal Artillery 1st Artillery Brigade and brings all the components of an effective Artillery group together to train in delivering firepower on the battlefield.
