Barnsley Town Centre, Businesses in the The Victorian Arcade are closed and the Arcade is deserted half way through the UK's third week of emergency measures which were announced Monday the 23rd April
At a regular intervals a public address system remind people they should stay at home - only leave the house for very limited purposes:
shopping for basic necessities, and medicine.
One form of exercise a day.
Any medical need.
Travelling for work purposes, but only where you cannot work from home.
Time spent outside should be minimised
and people should keep a safe distance of 2 meters apart from anyone outside of your household.
