Barnsley Town Hall and war memorial deserted half way through the UK's third week of emergency measures which were announced Monday the 23rd April
At a regular intervals a public address system remind people they should stay at home - only leave the house for very limited purposes:
shopping for basic necessities, and medicine.
One form of exercise a day.
Any medical need.
Travelling for work purposes, but only where you cannot work from home.
Time spent outside should be minimised
and people should keep a safe distance of 2 meters apart from anyone outside of your household.
